Abstract
[Object]We aimed to establish a rapid detemination method of peoniflorin in Gangbangui capsule by using HPLC.[ Method] Sinochrom ODS-AP column(5μm,4.6mm) was used in our research. The mobile phase was methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (35:65). The column temperature was 30℃. The flow rate was 0.8ml/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. [Result] The concertration of peoniflorin in Gangbangui capsule ranged between 0.040~54 and 0.243 2μg/ul and a good linear relation between concertration and peak area was shown(r=0.999 99). The average recovery was 98.89%(RSD=2.17%).[Conlusion] The method was fast, easy and reproducble and could be used as a quality indicator of the compound.
The control sample of peoniflorin was purchased from Chengdu Herbpurify Co.,Ltd(lot number, S-010-131206; purity,98.463%).
